Tom’s fluffy pancakes 🥞

Ingredients: (makes 5-6)
50g self raising flour
1 egg
1 tablespoon of sugar
125ml milk
A nob of melted butter
Pinch of salt
Utensils:
Pan
Knife
2 bowls
Sieve
Spatula
Method:
1: sieve the flour and pinch of salt into the 1st bowl
2: mix together the egg, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 125ml of milk and a nob of melted butter in the second bowl.
3: put the wet mix into the dry mix and stir until you have a smooth batter
4: put the pan on the stove and turn on the heat
5: pour 2-3 tablespoons of batter onto the pan and rotate the pan to spread out the batter
6: cook until at least half of the pancake is covered in bubbles. Flip over with spatula. Keep on flipping until one side has a nice brown colour and the other side has brown spots on. Then, serve on a plate
7: repeat steps 5-6 until you use all of your batter
8: enjoy your pancakes with your favourite toppings and fillings
Bluemonkey’s breakfast cakes 🎂

Ingredients: (makes 1)
3 slices of bread
Chocolate spread
Sugar
Utensils:
Toaster
Knife
Spoon
Cup
Method:
1: get the cup and press down on a slice of bread. Tear the edges around the rim of the cup until you have a circle of bread. Repeat this until you have 3 circles of bread.
2: put the circles of bread in the toaster. Toast the circles of bread until they turn brown on the edges.
3: take one circle and put on some chocolate spread on it. Then, place another circle on the circle that has chocolate spread on it. Place the last circle on top of the stack.
4: get the sugar and spoon and sprinkle a little bit of sugar on the top of the stack.
5: Enjoy!

Ingredients:
Chocolate
Edible decorations (sprinkles, chocolate eggs etc.)
Utensils:
Tray
Baking paper
Spoon
Microwave
Bowl
Method:
1: break up small pieces of the chocolate and put them in the bowl.
2: microwave the chocolate until it is melted.
3: get the tray and put the baking paper over it.
4: spread the melted chocolate on the tray and add your favourite decorations on it.
5: put the tray in the fridge until the chocolate has hardened.
6: break up the bar into little pieces and enjoy!
